  1. I’ve watched some Sammo Hung movies before. He’s such a talented actor-director-fight scene choreographer. This looks like a good movie, especially with Andy Lau.

  2. Interesting, I haven’t seen any Sammo Hung movie in a long time, and this one sounds very interesting. I would have preferred a Jackie Chan starring role, but Andi Lau is very good already.

  3. Sometimes I don’t read the reviews and just watch the movie instead. They can just cause confusion. This sounds like a lovely film, I look forward to the chemistry of the actors, especially the ex-bodyguard and the little girl.

  4. The Good, the Bad and the Grandpa Guard. There isn't as much action in the movie as one hopes for from action star Sammo Hung, but it is a heartwarming tale of family love. Despite the abundance of action stars in the cast, most of them are however just cameo appearances, meaning fans will be left wanting for fight scenes between them and Sammo Hung.

The story-line is simple enough to follow and it is a light-hearted movie. Despite the slow build-up, the action scenes showcasing Sammo Hung's sharp moves more than make up for it.

  5. I would say it is a great movie where it consists of the gathering of all the legendary actors.

Only those who watch the Hong Kong movie during the 90s would realize those so called legendary old actors which I meant.

    Awesome movie!
