A government agency is faced with a dangerous mission,
therefore the deadliest villains such as Deadshot, The Joker, Harley Quinn,
Rick Flagg, Boomerang, Enchantress, and more, are recruited out of their
imprisonment for a black ops `suicide` mission, for which if they survive, are
granted clemency.
Director David Ayer (Fury) takes the helm for this Warner
Bros. production adapted from the DC Comics series about a group of
super-villains who are given a shot at redemption by embarking on a heroic
mission that will most likely mean the death of them all. Dan Lin produces from
a script by Justin Marks.
A secret government agency run by Amanda Waller, named A.R.G.U.S creates a task force comprising super villains, the "Suicide Squad". They are assigned to execute dangerous tasks in exchange for shorter prison sentences.
Mind blowing? Same guy that said Batman v Superman was mind blowing. It's a telling era in American history when the public likes super hero movies more than fact based movies about real people and real issues.
ReplyDeleteGot to watch an early screening of suicide squad and it was actually pretty great!
It's worth noting that Suicide Squad recently underwent massive reshoots, which were conducted to reportedly add more heart and humor to this movie. Both trailers for Suicide Squad have already been very well-received by fans and critics alike, and there have even been reports that Warner Bros. is already developing Suicide Squad 2, which may start shooting in early 2017 and be R-rated.
