SYNOPSIS:
KNOCK, KNOCK is a 2015 American horror thriller film about a
pair of femme fatales wreak havoc on the life of a happily married man. Two
beautiful young girls walk into a married man’s life and turn a wild fantasy
into his worst nightmare.
When a devoted husband and father are left home alone for the
weekend, two stranded young women unexpectedly knock on his door for help. What
starts out as a kind gesture results in a dangerous seduction and a deadly game
of cat and mouse. A sexy new thriller from director Eli Roth, KNOCK KNOCK stars
Keanu Reeves as the family man who falls into temptation and Lorenza Izzo and
Ana de Armas as the seductresses who wreak havoc upon his life, turning a
married man's dark fantasy into his worst nightmare.
As the film wears on, though, the two women’s antics become
more generically horror-movie-like, which dulls their satirical power – and the
effect is to let Evan, and by extension us, off the hook. Knock Knock is a film
to squirm through, and I only wish it had made me squirm even more.
Some doors should not be open!
ReplyDeleteA psychological fantasy horror thriller. I thought it had something original and creative in it. It may be too much for many people out there to enjoy watching it but it uses sex better in its plot than fifty shades of grey.
